Ingredients: Cabbage

I have grown cabbage before but the result was not worth the effort. I hope the price of cabbage will not skyrocket to a point when I would think twice about buying this humble vegetable that come in different varieties. I like my cabbage simply cooked, steam or stir-fried.

Those who pickle cabbage, as in the Korean kimchi, would enjoy the vegetable for its salty taste, and sometimes I like that flavour to accompany rice. Generally I like my cabbage raw and crunchy and sweet. Cole slaw is one of may favourite salad.
